Standing Low-Pulley Delt Raise

The Standing Low-Pulley Delt Raise exercise isolates the lateral deltoids and offers a constant tension throughout the movement.
How to Perform the Standing Low-Pulley Delt Raise:
- Set the Pulley: Attach a single handle to a low pulley. Stand to the side of the machine and grasp the handle with the opposite hand.
- Raise the Handle: Pull the handle out to the side, keeping your arm straight but not locked.
- Return to Start: Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
Tips:
- Use a light weight to maintain proper form.
- Avoid leaning away from the machine; keep your torso stable.
