Pull-ups

Pull-ups are a classic bodyweight exercise that builds upper body strength, focusing on the back, shoulders, and arms.
How to perform:
- Grip a pull-up bar with your palms facing away from you (overhand grip) and your hands shoulder-width apart.
- Start in a dead hang position with your arms fully extended and your body straight.
- Pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar.
- Lower yourself slowly back to the starting position.
Tips:
- Avoid swinging your body for momentum.
- Engage your core throughout the movement.
- If pull-ups are too challenging, use resistance bands or an assisted pull-up machine.
