The overhead cable curl stretches and activates the biceps for a fuller range of motion.


How to perform:

  1. Attach a handle to a high pulley and face away from the machine.
  2. Grab the handle with one hand and step forward slightly.
  3. Curl the handle towards your head, focusing on your biceps.
  4. Return to the starting position in a controlled motion.


    Tips: Avoid swinging your arm to maintain strict form
