Leg Press

The Leg Press is a machine-based exercise targets the quads, glutes, and hamstrings.
How to perform:
- Sit on the machine and place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
- Push the platform upward to release the safety locks.
- Slowly lower the platform by bending your knees, then press it back up.
Tips: Avoid locking your knees at the top to prevent strain.
