Cable crossovers are a versatile exercise that allows you to hit your chest from different angles using a cable machine.

This exercise emphasizes the inner chest and helps with muscle definition, making it perfect for achieving a well-rounded chest.

How to Perform Cable Crossovers:

  1. Set the Cables:
    • Set the cable machine’s pulleys to the highest position.
    • Stand with one foot forward, grab the cable handles with both hands, and step forward slightly.
  2. Begin the Movement:
    • With elbows slightly bent, pull the cables downward in a wide arc, bringing your hands together in front of your chest.
    • Squeeze your chest as you bring the cables together.
  3. Return Slowly:
    • Slowly release the tension and return your hands back to the starting position with control.
  4. Tip:
    • Keep your chest up and shoulders back for better chest activation.
