Turkey and Spinach Stuffed Peppers – Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 large bell peppers
- 300g ground turkey
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion
- Salt, pepper, paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Prepare peppers
Cut tops and remove seeds. - Cook filling
Cook turkey with onion and spices, then add spinach and rice. - Stuff peppers
Fill peppers with mixture. - Bake
Place in oven for 25–30 minutes. - Serve
Serve warm.
