Lemon Herb Baked Salmon – Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 200g salmon fillet
- 200g potatoes (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt, pepper, oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Prepare potatoes
Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Add salmon
Place salmon on tray, add garlic, lemon juice, and oregano.
- Bake
Cook for another 12–15 minutes.
- Serve
Serve hot with extra lemon if desired.
