Garlic Shrimp and Vegetable – Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 200g shrimp (peeled)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (zucchini, carrots, peppers)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat oil
Heat olive oil in a pan. - Cook vegetables
Cook vegetables for 4–5 minutes. - Add shrimp
Add shrimp and cook for 3–4 minutes. - Add garlic
Stir in garlic and cook briefly. - Serve
Add lemon juice and serve hot.
